Important: Temporarily Disabling Orders

NOTICE TO ALL - Several problems have cropped up over the last several months which has really slowed my ability to get manual orders out in a timely fashion.

I developed a carpal tunnel in my right hand. Use of the right hand (three fingers don't work) has become somewhat limited which stretches the time to put together a manual. Through the use of therapy and medication, it was hoped that improvements could have been made, but unfortunately, surgery had to be performed. Healing is slow but in process.  Surgeon has also indicated not to push too much right hand activity so as not to slow or impede healing. Unfortunately, the carpel tunnel issue also seems to be taking root in my left hand so therapy is now being applied there too.

So, since getting completed orders out in a timely fashion has really backed up, I have decided to shut down the ability to order manuals from the web site for at least November and December. This will allow me hopefully to catch up with all the orders during those months. If the time frame is unacceptable to you, please let us know and we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
